Shipping and Processing Policy

We ship orders Monday through Friday, using standard shipping services. Orders are typically delivered within 7 days of shipment but we cannot guarantee a shipment date. Expedited shipping options can be selected when available. Once your order ships, we will send you an email with order tracking information.

If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us at support@heftybirthday.zendesk.com. We will review and respond to customer service inquiries during our normal business hours: Monday-Friday, from 8am-4pm CST. 

Order Shipment

Please review the shipping options available for your order on the checkout page prior to submitting your order. We will arrange for the shipment of your order in accordance with the selected shipping method. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with your order. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

Credit Card Failure

There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card information may have been entered wrong, the card may have expired, reached its limit, or a malfunction may have occurred with the credit card processing system. Please double-check your information. If you continue to have problems, please contact email us at support@heftybirthday.zendesk.com, providing information about any error messages you may have received. 

Canceling Orders

Please email us at support@heftybirthday.zendesk.com to request an order cancellation. Cancellation requests are reviewed and processed during our normal business hours: Monday-Friday, from 8am-4pm CST.  Please note that we cannot guarantee order cancellation. Cancellation requests must be received prior to item shipment, as orders can ship immediately upon receipt by our shipping department. 
Taxes

By law, we must charge sales tax in all states where we have a business presence.
